Sharon pindar

Chair of Trustees

Sharon is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of working in the corporate sector at a senior level (10 years as Tax Director of Capita plc and 13 years as Head of Tax for Siemens plc).

paul fletcher

Treasurer

Paul is a dynamic and adaptable finance professional, with broad experience at senior management/board level developed within a variety of industries, with a demonstrable history of delivering successful financial management, governance and leadership. Paul is currently Finance Director at The Acacium Group, one of the UK’s leading healthcare service providers. Paul is also a qualified primary school teacher and previously taught in south east London.

 

HELEN JONES

Trustee

A chartered Civil engineer, with over 20 years experience, Helen has worked across many sectors in operational, sales and business management roles. Helen started her career in a global construction and services business and after 15 years moved into Software, now working at Health, Safety and ESG software company EcoOnline as their Chief Customer Officer.  Mother to three children and passionate about books and reading, she is keen to use her business skills to support Bookmark Reading Charity in their efforts to improve outcomes for children.

Phil neal

Trustee

Phil is an experienced Director with a demonstrable history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, is skilled in Public Sector, Management, Outsourcing, Project Management, and Change Management. Phil is a strong professional with a BSc focused on Maths & Physics from Queen Elizabeth College. He has extensive experience of working with schools and technology; Phil was Director of Capita’s School Information Management Systems (SIMS) division. Prior to this, Phil taught for 12 years.

 

chloe wright

Trustee

Chloe is currently working in the Home Office and has previous experience in other government departments, including Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and the department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). The focus of Chloe’s career has been to deliver major projects for the government via a focus on strategy and governance, to make a difference to people’s lives in the UK. She is also a mental health first aider and is passionate about ensuring that diversity and inclusion is championed at every level of an organisation.
