Emily Jack, Chief Executive Officer
Emily started life at Bookmark as Head of Schools in March 2022 before becoming CEO 18 months later. Emily has been working in the education sector for over a decade. She is a qualified teacher and previously founded a tutoring agency, as well as being a director of The Tutors’ Association from 2019 to 2021.

Frankie Smith, Chief Finance and Operations Officer
Frankie is a chartered accountant who previously worked at KPMG and The Zoological Society of London. At Bookmark, Frankie leads our Operations team, which includes our Finance, Data, Technology, People, Governance and Impact teams.

Dionne Campbell, Head of Technology
Dionne Campbell is an experienced technology leader. She has over 14 years of experience, with an acute focus on the customer experience when using technology. Dionne led Bookmark through a large-scale digital transformation process, which transformed our digital platform, enhancing the user experience for schools and volunteers, while reimagining our internal reporting capabilities.

Laura Burke, Head of Fundraising
Laura led the Bookmark Corporate Partnerships team for two years before being appointed Head of Fundraising in 2024. Prior to joining Bookmark, Laura gained experience through roles in both private sector sales and fundraising for Mind.

Daniel Oliver, Head of Marketing
Daniel is a brand and digital-first senior leader, with 11 years of experience in the field. Daniel has worked across multiple sectors, including luxury men’s grooming, holistic wellness, education and pan-European oral healthcare. He leads our Marketing department, with a focus on brand identity, awareness and the digital acquisition funnel.

Anna Croghan, Head of Volunteering
Anna leads the Volunteering team to deliver enjoyable and impactful volunteer experiences. She works with volunteers to evolve and strengthen the literacy programmes we provide children.

Schools
Our Schools team manages the relationships with our partner schools to promote whole school reading cultures. This includes helping with the running of our volunteer-led reading programmes, as well as overseeing the implementation of our other literacy programmes.
