We’re on a mission to help every child discover the magic of reading.
At Bookmark, we know that books have the power to change lives. We’ve partnered with the Book Fairies because, like us, we want to make reading fun, accessible and impactful for children who need it most.
We’ve called upon the Book Fairies to work their magic to hide The Story Corner magazine in nooks and crannies across the country – over 50 copies are out there waiting to spark imaginations.
We want every child to read
Through programmes like The Story Corner magazine and our One-to-one Reading Programme, we’re working to create a world where all children can unlock their full potential through literacy.
Unfortunately, many children still face barriers to reading. Children who struggle to read often face challenges that can affect their confidence, self-esteem and future opportunities.
That’s why we’re calling on you to make 2025 a year of new beginnings and endless possibilities for a child who needs your support.

Volunteering with Bookmark is simple, flexible and incredibly meaningful.
