Bookmark Family Engagement Networking Session 2
Join Bookmark Reading Charity for the second in our series of family engagement networking events designed specifically for our partner schools. This session is a chance to reconnect with fellow educators who attended the first event, share updates and continue exploring how we can better engage our school communities in reading. It is exclusive to partner schools and you don’t have to have attended the first session to attend this one!

What does it involve?
We’ll focus on what actions have been taken since our last session, or any new ideas for new members, what’s worked well and what challenges have emerged. It’s an opportunity to reflect, problem-solve and exchange ideas with other schools in a supportive and collaborative space.
Unlike the previous session, this event will not follow on from a training session, but you are welcome to revisit the Wandle training on 360Learning. Instead, we’ll dive straight into discussion, using breakout rooms to explore key questions together. Bookmark will facilitate the conversation, but the ideas and solutions will come from you – the educators who know your communities best.
Whether you’ve trialled new approaches or are still navigating barriers, your insights will help others, and theirs may spark new thinking for you. We encourage open sharing and active listening to make the most of the collective experience in the room.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives, practical ideas and renewed energy to continue building a reading culture in your school community.
