Bookmark Family Engagement Networking Session 3

Join Bookmark Reading Charity for the third instalment in our family engagement networking series, designed for partner schools committed to building a strong reading culture. This session is all about deepening the connections formed in previous events and celebrating the impact of your efforts so far.

All are welcome, even if you have not attended previous events!

What does it involve?

This session builds on the momentum of our previous networking events, offering a space to reflect on what’s working well, share tangible outcomes and collaborate on refining strategies for sustained engagement.

We’ll begin by revisiting success stories from schools who attended the second session, offering inspiration and practical insights for new members. Then, through facilitated breakout discussions, we’ll explore how these approaches can be built on and sustained.

Bookmark will guide the conversation, but the insights and ideas will come from you – the educators who know your communities best. Whether you’re seeing early signs of progress or still navigating challenges, your voice matters.

The session with provide opportunities to:

  • Reflect on progress and celebrate impact
  • Share lessons learned and tangible outcomes
  • Collaborate on strategies for long-term engagement
  • Experience peer-to-peer learning in a supportive, educator-led space
  • Girl sat in wooden chair holding a book, with two children and teacher sat on a mat in front of her
