Seas the Day with Horrible Histories Star and author Emma Swan! (AKA The Children’s Book Event That Goes Wrong!)
We’re excited to share an exciting opportunity for our partner schools to join an exclusive, free virtual author event with Cruise Ship Kid author and Horrible Histories stage star Emma Swan.
Emma spent her childhood living on cruise ships. Her parents worked onboard and like her protagonist, Silver, she was ‘ship-schooled’ while travelling the globe. Emma will reveal what life was like at sea and how it felt to be a mini crew member, in her cabin, at the bottom of the ship. The interactive elements of the Cruise Ship Kid series will be packed into this event with quick-fire quizzes, songs, games (and some unexpected interruptions)!
