How can schools become a Bookmark partner school?

Schools can apply to become a Bookmark Partner School by visiting the school section of our website

Our eligibility criteria have been set to ensure we support the schools that need the most support.

To be eligible for support, our partner schools must meet the following three criteria:

  • Lower than national average Key Stage 2 reading attainment
  • Higher than national average proportion of children eligible for pupil premium
  • Higher than national average Income Deprivation Affecting Children Index (IDACI) score

If you are unsure about this, please email school@bookmarkreading.org and we will be happy to help.

Once an application is accepted, Bookmark will arrange a meeting between the school and a member of our School Business Development team to discuss the Partner School Programme and explain the onboarding process.
