Story Starter Programme Competition: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility 

• The prize draw is open to recipients of Bookmark’s Story Starter Programme pack via a Babyzone Hub who complete the feedback form. 
• Only one entry per received Story Starter Programme pack is permitted. 
• Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 

2. How to Enter 

• To enter the prize draw, participants must submit an in-person or online feedback form by the stated deadline. 
• No purchase or payment is required to enter. 

3. Entry Period 

• The entry period opens on 4^th November and closes on 11^th December at 5pm. 
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. 

4. Selection of Winners 

• Four winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the entry period closes. 
• The selection process will be fair and impartial. 

5. Prize 

• The winners will receive five books from the selection below:

• No cash alternative is available. 

6. Notification of the Winner 

• The winners will be contacted via the email address provided on the feedback form. 
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected. 

7. Data Protection 

• Personal information will be used solely for administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. 
• All data will be processed in accordance with relevant data protection legislation (including GDPR). 

9. General 

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw where necessary. 
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
