The Story Corner One Millionth Copy – GOLDEN TICKET Competition – Terms & Conditions
In the following Terms & Conditions, ‘entering the competition’ refers to acknowledgement of finding the golden ticket by contacting thestorycorner@bookmarkreading.org with a picture of the winning copy of The Story Corner magazine.
Introduction
By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Bookmark Reading Charity (Registered Charity No. 1177681).
Eligibility
The competition is open to entrants between 5 – 11 years of age. Bookmark Reading Charity employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
The Prize
The winning prize will be a bundle including all 10 previous issues of the magazine.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Bookmark Reading Charity’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random by finding the GOLDEN TICKET in a copy of the magazine.
The adult supervising the child will be responsible for making Bookmark aware that the ticket has been found and sending a photo of the whole inside back page featuring the ticket, along with the name, age and address of the winner.
Delivery of the Prize
Your prize will be delivered by 31st Jan 2025.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Bookmark Reading Charity for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information by emailing thestorycorner@bookmarkreading.org.
If requested by Bookmark Reading Charity, the winner agrees to release their first name and age to any other competition participants.
The winner’s first name and age will be announced on Bookmark Reading Charity’s website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Bookmark Reading Charity accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Bookmark Reading Charity reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
