You can change a child’s story

As a valued part of our volunteer community, you’re helping children discover the joy of reading and unlock their full potential. This Volunteers Week, we want to celebrate you and everything you make possible. We want to shine a light on the incredible ways you impact children – and inspire even more people to get involved.

How does it work?

We’re so grateful you took the time to share how you’d like to help spread the word during Volunteers’ Week (2 – 8 June). Your support is what makes Bookmark’s mission possible – and now, together, we can amplify the power of reading volunteers like you.

We’ve put together everything you need to take part in a way that works for you. Whether you want to post on social media, hand out posters in your local community, host a Bookmark Brunch, or write to your local paper – these tools are here to help.

Share social posts about the impact of being a volunteer
